Rigid PU foam/PIR cored Pipe sections manufactured and available in standard sizes haveing excellent thermal insulation properties and make a valuable contribution towards reducing energy consumption in various industries. PU foam/PIR cored Insulated Pipe Sections are manufactured with the help of a dedicated High Pressure equipment using state of art moulds and Wire cutting CNC machines to consistently yield:

A) Environment friendly CFC & HCFC-free Polyurethane Foam/ Polyisocynarurate of desired and uniform density

B) Close cell content of over 90%

C) Excellent dimensional & thermal insulation properties together with compressive strength this added dimension makes it a fit construction material. IFPL offers a wide range of READY TO USE Polyurethane foam core Insulated pipe Section.

Pipe sections are made in the form of half round X 1000mm long to suit various Nominal bores of Pipe lines for insulation purpose. To Suit 12mm NB to 750 mm NB Wall thickness ranging from 25 mm to 100 mm STD. Length: 1000mm. Specific dimensions can be made to order, Pipe Section can be supplied in 2 & 3 Layers for thickness above 75mm.
